Must be a dynamic, creative and customer-focused individual with strong oral and written skills. Ability to identify target audience and define instructional objectives to integrate instructional content with organizational initiatives and address stakeholder needs. Experience understanding and applying adult learner methodologies in content development. Experience working within a fast-paced learning environment.  Design and develop curriculum programs, learning materials and performance support tools.

Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement:
Proficiency authoring courses using common industry tools (Storyline 3, Microsoft Office, Camtasia, Acrobat Professional, etc.), working with eLearning and blended learning programs

Desired skills:
Proven ability to work effectively independently and as a team member

Duties/Responsibilities:
Design and develop curriculum programs, learning materials and performance support for the professional development of Virginia Medicaid employees.  Collaborates with the Talent Development Unit, other Human Capital and Development staff and subject matter experts with the goal to develop and implement high quality curriculum.
