    Topic for July: Emotional intelligence

Emotional intelligence is becoming a defining capability for modern leadership. Before leaders can effectively navigate relationships and social dynamics, they must strengthen the first component of EI: Personal Competence.

In this session, we’ll explore how you can intentionally develop these capabilities in yourself and your teams, especially during periods of uncertainty, competing priorities, or change.

This topic aligns with ATD’s Building Personal Capability domain within the ATD Capability Model, where Emotional Intelligence lives as a core leadership capability.

Join us for a practical, reflective in‑person discussion designed to help you deepen your personal competence and strengthen your leadership readiness.
