When you hear the term accountable, how many of us turn and duck fearing someone is about to get punished. True accountability is not about punishment. This session explores holding ourselves and others accountable in a positive principled way. Basic constructs and frameworks with application will be demonstrated. Participants will leave with tools to begin assessing their teams and the confidence to change behaviors.
