In our May event we focused on how to teach managers how to lead as coaches. This month we will focus on the keys to developing the managers, using a coaching approach. This 2-hour workshop will examine critical areas for focus in coaching leaders and how to help leaders develop themselves in those areas.
Objectives:
· Examine three critical areas of focus when coaching managers
· Identify specific tips and tools for helping managers make progress in the critical areas
· Explore the technique of coaching groups as a mechanism for leadership development

Terrie Glass has 25 years of experience coaching and developing leaders. As President of Leadership Solutions, Terrie works with leaders at all levels of both private and public organizations to help them increase the effectiveness of their leadership and of their team’s functioning. Terrie is known for her practical approach to the challenges leaders face and for her direct, honest way of interacting with participants.
