About the Speaker:

Jon Player - As a trainer and coach, Jon works with companies of all backgrounds to develop leaders and consults with senior leadership on their most complex problems.  Jon’s professional interests include enhanced communication skills exhibited by leaders, dispute resolution, and providing clients with the skills to enhance their effectiveness with their peers and reports. For nine years, Jon worked as a practicing attorney in North Carolina, handling a wide array of civil disputes. Jon’s interest in communication is a direct result of seeing it play out first hand and how communication can be either an asset or a liability in effectiveness.
