Build Competencies Amid the Chaos:

Help Employees Thrive and Grow in Uncertainty

Presented by: Marcelle Fowler

If you’re like most leaders, you’re struggling to ensure your people stay healthy, safe and productive through this pandemic.  You’re doing your best to offer support, including sharing tips on working remotely and leading remote teams, links to webinars on leading through crises and building resilience, and resources on maintaining mental well-being and managing stress.

Yet, you know we’ll get through this, and you want to help your teams emerge even stronger on the other side. So how do you ensure that you are strategically and carefully moving employees from a mentality of “survive and maintain” to one of “thrive and gain”...where you’re building competencies that last far beyond the crisis?

In this virtual session, you’ll discover strategies and tactics that empower your management team to:

  • Flip the typical development process on its head (a critical move right now)

  • Harness the chaos to identify unique development opportunities

  • Provide a lasting boost to team morale

About the presenter:

Marcelle Fowler is the President of Job Mixology, a talent development consulting firm dedicated to helping leaders and teams think more creatively and strategically about on-the-job and job-related experiences. Marcelle’s career includes roles as a full-time leadership coach, talent and workforce development lead, HR consultant and communications director for  Fortune 100 companies, nonprofit organizations, the defense industry and higher education.

While in corporate communications leadership roles, Marcelle helped a global, financial services organization create its first crisis communications plan following 9/11 and the anthrax scare, and she helped navigate several site closures following the 9/11 and the 2008 Great Recession.
