This session will highlight the UNOS Professional Education department’s journey to Level 4 training.
Presentation topics will include:
The conscious effort, and the importance, of tactical & strategic influences of corporate education vs traditional training; lessons learned while shifting outcomes from Reaction and Learning (Levels 1 & 2) to impacting behaviors and measuring results (Levels 3 & 4); practical examples of how organizations can embrace the new world Kirkpatrick model; and the application of Learning and Performance plans to impact results.

Daryl has served in the US Navy, in the Public School sector, and now as the Director of the Professional Education department at UNOS where his team is responsible for the development and delivery of educational content to transplant professionals across the country.
