It is imperative that we take time to recognize the benefits of working remotely in order to maintain high performance. Resist working so independently that you lose sight of how much your team relies on one another and understand that we need each other more than ever before to achieve optimum success. As leaders, we must continue to support collaboration and encourage increased virtual interactions by creating a new set of goals that are specific to working remotely.
