Session Description:
Yes! A New Year! New Goals and New Plans. Then, life happens. What started out as a great goal and action plan seems to be a lifetime ago—and it is just the beginning of February. Then it’s already March! How did it get so off track? What gets in the way? How do we get in our own way? Spend an hour thinking about how to get more clarity around setting clear goals, developing an action plan to map the way, and creating an accountability system to keep you focused. Bring some ideas of what you would like to accomplish in your career and that you can use to practice as we work through some tools to Get Started and Stay on Track.
