Dr. Tammy L. Means is the Chief Learning Officer of Learning Services & Solutions, Inc., a human capital development and technology services firm. Tammy has provided learning and development and information technology services for various industries throughout the US for 17+ years. She has a broad range of expertise in computer technologies and human capital development through her education and work experience. Her most recent projects are aiding organizations in learning transfer, content direction, and instructional design. She also focuses on integrating health systems, childcare centers, and supporting organizations to fully utilize information technology systems. Tammy serves as an adjunct professor for a local university teaching information technology, human resource, and leadership courses. In 2018, Tammy joined the Make Training Stick® team where she leads the development of new content. She continues to remain an active member of the Association for Talent Development and the Society for Human Resource Management.
In this session, participants will learn key elements of human performance and how it can be integrated into the learning process to increase learner transfer and performance. The session is aligned with the ATD Capability Model and focuses on helping develop professional capability among talent development professionals to deliver training and improve human performance.
