He has co-authored 2 books on human capital analytics and is an adjunct professor on performance measurement and process improvement in Chicago.
Session Description:
This session will review how learning organizations should rethink their approach to learning evaluations. It will discuss the key constructs leading organizations include in their evaluations to gather information to tell their story of learning contribution while also identifying improvement opportunities.
