Additionally, she holds the position of Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the International Coaching Federation, demonstrating her commitment to driving positive change on a global scale.

Her advisory roles include serving as a Coaching and Mentoring Advisory Board Member for http://HR.com and as an advisory committee member for ATD's OrgDev Conference. Furthermore, she is a Master of Leadership of Science Administration Professional Advisory Board Member at Central Michigan University, showcasing her dedication to thought leadership in her field.

LaKisha's contributions have earned her well-deserved recognition, such as the title of the 2018 Trainer Showdown winner for the Association of Talent Development Central Florida Chapter and being honored as a Top 100 HR Influencer in 2021 in Talent Management for Engagedly. Her professional journey includes over 14 years of sales and management consulting experience, and she boasts an impressive client list, including prominent companies and organizations such as Rheem Manufacturing, Flexport, Win Wastes, Papa Johns, Thor Industries, and more. LaKisha's international experience shines through her work training global clients in leadership, management, diversity, and sales as a consultant for Krauthammer USA. Additionally, she has contributed to the Adidas Group under the Reebok brand, managing field retail training.
