Do you know any students interested in learning more about the ATD community and volunteering? Have them submit a nominating form for the Administrative Secretary position! Greater Richmond ATD membership is not required.

How do I nominate myself for one of these positions?

Members interested a position must fill out this brief online survey.  Directors will be appointed by the Board. 

Are there any immediate obligations?

New board members will need to meet with their Vice President before the start of the year for training and attend a strategic planning session in early January 2018. Board meetings are monthly.

What if I can't commit to be a Board member, but I still want to give back?

We will have committee positions and other volunteer opportunities beginning in 2018. Fill out this volunteer survey. Someone will be contacting you in early 2018 to inquire about your interests.

Volunteering as a Greater Richmond ATD board member is a great way to network and influence the direction of the organization. Any interested party must be able to attend once-monthly board meetings, chapter events, and work on projects independently and with an already-existing, highly functional team.
